I'm pretty close to asking my friend to knock me out somehow so I don't have to bear waiting any longer.

Finally preordered it (should've done so a month ago when I said I would lol) and can't stop checking the steam page 1 week, 1 day, 15 hours to go!!

I have a lot more things to being right now so it's mostly a thought in the back of my head but I'm still excited.

Is it October 19th yet?

Well, I'm pretty excited, but I'm trying to not be extremely hyped. Way I see it, better to have low expectations and be satisfied rather than have high expectations and risk being disappointed.

I picked the top 3 choices.. cuz I'm really looking forward to it, especially after revisiting FO3 yesterday after not playing for a few months.. but it's not on my mind all the time and I can wait patiently.. but I wantz it nao!!!!!!!!

I am baffled how this topic didn't get locked... Would we be here if we weren't excited? I am anticipating a flood of new people on the forums after release.

I am so freakin pumped for this game. My time now is pretty much doing things i have to do, looking up stuff about New Vegas, and these forums.

Pumped ... but not to the levels of "Awesome Reach" as that's disturbingly pumped.

I'm so excited I have bought a spare pair of trousers for release day just incase.

I'm dreading it, and absolutely dying to get my hands on it at the same time.
The dreading part comes in because it's released way too close to my midterms. The dying bit should be self-explanatory though... I want to run around New Vegas and see dinosaurs! :laugh:

I found out my high school is having Fall Break right after the release so I am soo excited now!!!!

Not very excited. Some of the animations look downright terrible, and that makes me wonder about the other production values. Obsidian's track record is another reason to be skeptical. No doubt they've got some good ideas going on, but I'm just not sure how well they can pull it all off.

I' more like, eh pretty excited, or more along the lines of I'll wait. I'm pretty patient maybe its my personality but I'm too laid back to get all pumped up. Patients is a virtue but I can be patient for a week, I've just excepted the fact thats its going to take a week and its best just not to worry about it, or think about it too much other wise the wait well be a drag. I'd really like to play the game but I just don't feel pumped, I'm excited over it, I can wait as well. Usually for long waits I just try not think about it a whole lot or occupy myself so I don't think about waiting and the time well fly by, Also staring at a calender and a clock isn't going to help people, well just make the wait longer and the time well go by slower!

One thing I do miss about being in school was the nice long vacation breaks. I no longer get a week - 3 month breaks because I work now :meh:

Im sooo excited i got the PC version this time around due to the fact i couldn't play Fallout3 on my old PC but this new one should hand it swimmingly. I almost wish i could transfer my 300+ hours to the pc version of the game from my xbox........oh well NV is gonna be great! cant wait
