How to get Inventory weight? : V

How to get Inventory weight (for example some NPC) using script?
This doesn't work:

GetActorValue("InventoryWeight")

It still shows 0.

The simple answer is, you can't. Inventory weight management is a player only feature.
That said, the SKSE folks are working on implementing functions that would allow you to do that.
