I think it might have been automatically downloaded, but how can I be sure. Because my game crashes. All the time!

The patch should automatically install through steam unless you have it set otherwise, in which case go to your steam game library, right click on Fallout NV, go down to properties then click on the update tab.


And the last patch was like last week I believe, unless there is a new one and I'm missing it as well.
