I just finished the Blood on the Ice quest in Windhelm and imprisoned Wuunferth. Later I find out he's not the real killer, and there's actually a second part to this quest.
I saw on the wiki it starts in 3 days from finishing the first one. After waiting those 3 days I should go back in Windhelm and find another victim of the butcher, yes?

No.. I waited over 10 days, also tried fast travelling, and then coming back to Windhelm, but the 2nd victim won't appear for me to start the quest.
Anyway to fix this, or am I doing something wrong?

I have still got to go back to Windhelm to finish it aswell, I don't fast travel so I think it has been 2 days, I'm gonna head back when I want. I'm going to follow this though to find out any glitches.
