How to get your smithing level maxed out!

OP clearly wants to cheat and is apparently not playing on the PC. So, I think mrraider's answer is best. I do not think OP is too concerned about breaking the game experience that many here care about.

Well after doing these Quick-play things once he will get bored of it and return to doing everything the old way just like everybody else

There is a Gold mine inhabited by the Forsworn down the road from Markarth, you get like 40 ore from there. Go and make a ton of gold rings and you will jump in smithing quite a bit

This is similar to what I did. The more expensive the jewelry, the quicker your skill goes up. I have a ton of gems so jewelry is a good use and then sell it.
