How to increase carry weight?

Or how to change the formula of carry weight?
Like default base carry weight 150, plus 10xStrength.
I now say want to change to base 250 + 25xStrength. How do I do it?

Its either a global variable (I have no clue which) or its hardcoded into the game. :shrug: Sorry I cant provide more info. :/
