How do i increase the destruction rune limit? The normal game only allows me to cast one rune at a time. Thanks in advance.

Try altering iMaxPlayerRunes [GMST:00060290]? Its default value is 1.

NPC placement: Just dragondrop 'em from the object window's Actor branch into the Render Window.
