So I have the ultimate follower mod but it only allows a maximum of 15 followers. So can you guys tell me how to increase it?

It wouldn't be easy. You'd have to do additional scripting, hook up dialog options, and build additional quest aliases on the DialogueFollower quest. It's not as simple as "set FollowerCount to 30" or some other command. You would need a solid understanding of how the mod works.
