Stupid question time: How does my husband turn into a Werewolf at will?

I am a Breton and have never figured out how to activate my magicka absorption...

Just like when I was a Bosmer, I could never activate my 'command animal' power...

Exactly how do you select it so that it shows up in your hand and you can cast it? It's just not working for me. I've tried from Favorites and I've tried from the Magic menu... what am I doing wrong???

Equip and press your shout button.

Open your magic spell book, go to the 'Powers' section, find your racial skill or werewolf skill, make it a favorite. Then you can select it from your favorites during play. It's cast by using the shout button, same as dragon shouts. It only works once a day.
