How do I learn dragon skills? : V

I have dragon skills learned that I can't yet use. It tells me to collect dragon souls.

I've collected about 8, from the random ones that spawn.

..How do I get my skill?

Press R while mouse is on the shout you'd like to unlock. Thats for pc btw.

Select the shout and press "R", that'll charge it with the Dragon soul

if your on the xbox its X. and if your on PC I believe its square

You need a dragon soul to "activate" a shout.

For the PC, follow ^^^^ instructions. lol got beat by fast typists.

Oh, you don't need to activate every shout, only those you think you really need. And at times you may have dragon souls available, but you don't have to use them immediately. You can wait for other shouts to pop up before using a soul.

Don't rush in and spend dragon souls on pointless shouts too
