ok i got the quest from yes man and went and did everything but show the snuff films clandine made, so i go talk to cachico (or however its spelled) about the next step, he says we gotta take out the bosses i say ok and he just sits there, i try to talk to him again and he says "this is no time to talk" or something like that. anyone know how to fix this?

Try this:

1) Hit "~" to bring up console command line.
2) Click on him (should now have his name in white text at top of screen, if not then hit "~" again move right up in his face and try again). You should write down the numbers/letters that appear after his name- they may be useful in another section.
3) Type "disable" hit ENTER
4) Type "enable" hit enter
5) Hit "~" to exit console command line

If that doesn't work then try it agian but also use the command "resurrect 1" between disabling and enabling him. Save before trying any of this because if you mess up (disabling him without re-enabling him) you'll be in a worse spot.

If it still doesn't work, go to the bosses' office (feel free to try it before entering and or after entering if you want)

1) Hit "~" to bring up console command line.
2) Type "prid XXXXXXX" where those x's are the numbers that come up when you clicked on him earlier- hit ENTER
3) redo the enable disable trick above.

That trick manages to help me whenever NPCs become stuck.
