i tried to add certain faction to my actor,where i refer the faction of hirelings actor..
he may or may not became a follower, but he did not follow my player move,by looking at me and standing at the same place.
is that i have to modify the followerquest or something else?

ps:is that possible to make animal like wolf, chicken or dragon to become a follower?

i found the problem but discover another problem...
i place my actor on world space rather than interior, if i place the actor in interior, he able to follow my player.
now my new question is why the actor could not follow my player in outside?
lets say i place him on WhiteRunMountainCell.
