How to make Skyrim more beautiful

Post » Mon Jun 11, 2012 11:51 am

I suggest we attempt to have Morgan Freeman voice a character in the DLC. I don't care what character it is (as long as they have more then five lines, because that would be horrible), but some character must be voiced by him.
Imagine it:
Playing Skyrim, and suddenly MORGAN FREEMAN EVERYWHERE.
Everyone would buy it.
Money everywhere.
Raining money.
Fund this.

In all honesty, I'm not joking/trolling. This would be amazing. Or at least I think so...

Morgan Freeman is a high caliber Oscar winner actor. I highly doubt Beth would want to invest so much money for a DLC. For TES6 he would be perfect for any roll specially a Redguard Lord character.

Samuel L. Jackson would be better imo.

Sounded better in my head.

Morgan Freeman can read me bedtime stories any time. He'd make for an excellent Redguard in some future TES title, similar to how Max von Sydow was an excellent choice for Esbern.

His voice is too familiar to me. I prefer voices I don't recognize. Besides, Gilbert Godfrey probably works cheaper.

Morgan Freeman is an actor, not an actress. Just a friendly FYI.

Anyway, Morgan Freeman probably could work as a voice for a Redguard character in a future title.

I would hope they would not use him, the cost to the company would be staggering.
The money would be better spent on other aspects of the game.

lol the cost would not be that staggering. voice acting is much more afforable than typical acting jobs. a lot of well known actors voice cartoons (and not just the big pixar ones. look at any random DC or Marvel comics movie and you see big names). other than that, the average VA is more akin to simply having a steady job. they don't rake in millions or anything like that. it doesn't have that kind of market.

besides all this, cost means little at this point. you do realize that Todd Howard wears a money hat, don't you (and possibly wipes his butt with it too)?

Tru that. They was still making money off of oblivion weeks before skyrim came out because people wanted to "prepare" for this game. They're raking in millions on skyrim since release (many people including myself bought two copies) and will probably surf on that for a few years then come out with Fall Out :Old Jersey

Why would it be amazing to have Morgan Freeman voice act in a DLC? One can imply this question perpetuates negativity but it doesn't, I can assure you it is a nuetral and curious question I have for you,

I would rather have no voice acting and a lot of text. For more options.
