Active:

Dark Brotherhood Forever: Disappointed this quest doesn't end, I'm tired of killing innocent people. The main part is over but the repeating contracts don't stop.

Darkness Returns: This should end the thieves guild quest by returning the skeleton key, but I have no intention of doing that right now. This will be a quest I finish towards the end

No Stone Unturned: Also associated with the Thieves Guild by recovering all of the Stones of Barenziah, this quest takes time.

Misc:
-Find a copy of Wild Elves: this will be the second time I've done this for him in the mage college.
-Bring one Amulet of Arkay to Torbjorn: Can't seem to find this person, nothing shows up active on the map.
-Speak to Degaine: This quest is glitched and still showing up as active though I completed it.
-Kill the Dragon at Bonestrewn Crest: Another glitched quest that I've completed and still showing active
-Return to Esbern with Dragon Bones: Another glitched quest I've completed.
-Unlock the secret of Red Eagle's Tomb: Another glitched quest I've completed and still showing active
-Talk to the Companions leaders for work: I've done so many for them completing the main storyline and all they pay you is 300 gold, no thanks, not worth it.

* My biggest problem is: The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller, I've completed all the steps and it says I failed it, ex below: *=completed

Yeah I've got all yours done except for the stones, the white phial is quick and relatively easy. I would get that one out of the way first. Good stuff there though good luck and have fun!

Did Delpine actually give you the horn? I had Lydia with me on one char and she was between me and Delphine and I never actually got the horn in my inventory. I noticed before I went any further though, because I needed to sell stuff. So I restarted from when I walked into the Inn and made Lydia wait in the outer room.

I should have had it, the caption said I did, but it wasn't actually their. I don't know what would have happened if I had continued on back to the Greybeards.

As for how many quest's, I have three char's I rotate, so way to many to list.

I try to have my quests turned off as much as possible. I don't think I ever had more than two quests active.

Don't get me wrong, I only have one active mission at a time. That would be to many arrows on the map it would drive me crazy.

You've found a sword in the dungeon; you must insert it in a slot (sorry, can't remember much of the details). Doing this will open a secret door to the place where you'll be able to unlock the said secret.

It's normal, we all got it "failed" because the horn was not there.

Oh, you mean quests that I started, but never completed? In that case I have at least 20 quests and 50 side quests, hehe.

Really not done this one yet? (underlined) how you get to level 20 odd without doing it? ... its the first thing i did lol

-After I got all the loot at Redgaurd, you exit and you can take the sword back which is what I did. Was I not supposed to take it back?
-So there is a final quest for the horn of jurgen windcaller or a continued final quest?

I only recently went to Riverwood, I sort of wandered off when we left Helgen. It's been fun just exploring and getting those quests, plus I wanted to visit Riften first, since I was using a sneak-thief

- sorry, I don't remember. I've done it a long time ago. The sword is the key to a hidden place maybe in the same place where you found it. I have it on my quest list for my present character but I won't do it soon.
- the Horn of Jurgen Windcallen completes when you give it to Arngeir after Delphine gave it back to you in Riverwood.

Kinda wish i did that lol, but then again, i'm only up to the "get the horn of Jurgen" and only completed 4-5 dungeons with word walls, and only visited Whiterun/Markoth (done a few quests there, currently on the Daedra one)

Only just discovered Solutude today... you wanna do Bleak falls tho, its awsome!

Faendal is a good follower to have from Riverwood, he's got a great attitude but recently learned he's kind of weak. He can be killed by you after one hit. I now have Mjoll the Lioness who is immortal and deals more damage. It was hard to let go of him though because he's such a nice guy.

Bleak Falls is one of my favourite (and on my other characters always done early). This is the first time since starting back in November that I have completely missed the main quest line for a while. I have about three or four words from the word walls and I can't use them yet haha I was just giving my sneak-theif a good chance when it came to facing dragons.

I did all that. She is now in the blades headquarters at Sky Haven Temple.

I just researched it and upon returning to speak with Delphine, you must rent an attic room and visit it before meeting Delphine outside. If you don't visit or rent the attic room first then the quest for the horn of jurgen windcaller fails!

I have around 25 quests (of both types) active, I track around half a dozen or so, I find that if I have none checked or on my To-Do list, I get bored yet when I have active quests, I tend to take my time to get around to them.
