How many book abilities are there?

Post » Sun Feb 03, 2013 12:44 pm

In a Let's play video I saw a book that offered three seperate abilities, but only one could be chosen. Since then though, I haven't seen another book like it. Was that the only one or are there more? If so, what kinds of abilities are offered?

I mean I saw one of them that, when initially opened, showed three green orbs spawning from the book, each offering different abilities and allowing the player to only pick one. The three were Companion, Lover and Scholar.
Are there other books offering choices like this and if so, what are some of the abilities offered?

Yes there are. Some abilities... Daedric Merchant once a day power, lasts 15 seconds. Seeker of MIght, Combat skills are all 10% more effective, Dragonborn Force, Your unrelenting Force shout does more damage and using all three words may disintegrate enemies.

One of my other favorites is Mora's Agony. Summons a field of writhing tentacles that lasts 30 seconds and poisons foes who enter it. You'll have plenty to choose from. It was a little difficult for me, some of the books I wanted 2 or all 3 of the options :P

I pretty much count that as a perk any way you look at it. Lol. To each their own.
