Can anyone tell me how to swap the music in the default radios with my own or how I can make my own radio station?

Start computer, find your music library, start music. Done.
Don't see why you need a personal radio station inside the game.
Just play some music from your computer or radio or just plug your ipod/mp3 to your speakers.
