How do I reduce the brewable potion magnitude?

Quite simply, this morning Bob the Alchemist with Alchemy Skill 100 can brew Fortify Poop potion with magnitude 100 for 30 seconds.
I want to make it so that at Alchemy Skill 100, Bob can only brew Fortify Poop of magnitude 50 for 30 seconds.

I tried fiddling with the effect base costs, but even if I set them to something outrageous like 1000, potion strength does not change. How do I change the magnitude of brewable potions?

Aid appreciated.

I *think* the base costs affect the value of the potion, while the strength of the *ingredient* affects the magnitude of the effect. If you only want to change the magnitude of a particular type of created potion, you'll need to fiddle with all the ingredients that carry that effect.

If you're looking to change effects strengths across all potions, try playing around with the fAlchemySkillFactor and fAlchemyIngredientInitMult GMSTs.
