First of all, I want to save Benny from the Legions camp at Fortification Hill, when you go to use the Plat. chip. But presboterian guards are REALLY hard to kill. Any tricks to go without a fight? I tried to sneak past with a StealthBoy but they find me anyway. Or a easy way to kill them? I even collected a few asorted guns from the camp before going in. (Since they take your guns) but were not powerfull enough to do much damage. Any Ideas would help.

And dont give me any bull crap. "Just shoot them", "Why save Benny? he's a jerk."

sneak attack the first one but before you do that throw down mines EVERYWHERE and hopefully theyll step on em and blow up with you not having to do much work.

I sympathize with your situation - I spend the whole game hating the guy, and realize at the last minute that I don't want him to die. That being said, I couldn't manage to get him (or myself) out of there alive. Have you tried using a stealthboy on yourelf before giving one to Benny?

Get your Unarmed up. Put the chip in the console in the bunker, do what House says, then tell the guard to give you back your things. Then turn on the guards, get their ballistic fist(s) and [censored] their day up! It can get hard. I died once I got into Caesar's tent. (The trick is to lure them out of Caesar's tent and pick them off). Then you go back in there will 2 Mongrels and 2 guards. One of which will be Lenius. Then you can save/kill Benny (and maybe take Maria).

I agree that it's very annoying. You get to decide the fate of the whole Mojave in the course of the game, but nothing under heaven or earth will let you truly decide the fate of the guy who shot you. I really liked it that Caesar gives you the choice of death by drowning, death by spider bite, death by puppy licks, etc. Or of course you can kill him yourself way back at the Tops. But it's aggravating that you really don't have a choice at all: it's death, death, death, or death. Strange that the devs assumed that every player and every character would be hell bent on bloody revenge.

My only suggestions: tell Caesar you have to think about it for a minute and sneak around the camp to steal weapons. If you can find explosives of any kind, you may be in good shape. Pickpocket the guards and stick grenades or mines in their pants. If you do this fast enough you can probably take out most of them before they start freaking out. Also Benny himself has a gun in his pocket that you can steal.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I tried using a Stealth Boy myself before giving Benny one. Doesn't work.

My glitched and kept her Guase Gun (check spelling) and killed every one in the tent. I let Benny go, he said I can choose if I want to work with him or make him leave when there back at the Lucky 38. So it must be possible. But he runs out of the tent and gets pownded by guys. I would kill everyone outside but I cant go back because the glitch dose not work... (after "my" is companion)

I don't have a concrete answer for this but I recall being given the option to slip Benny a bobby pin and a Stealth Boy... not that easy?

keep your [censored] from the biginning and kill your way to ceaser..its what i always do, or go talk to him and re grab your stuff and kill your way up....its not hard, the ballistic fists own...if you repair and use them..

If you were a Black Widow or Confirmed Bachelor, couldn't you have six with him and then pickpocket the chip?

I was unaware Caesar had a group of Christians guarding him, are you sure you're playing New Vegas? Because in mine they're Praetorians.

But the guards are the hard part, even if you kill evryone else. It takes 3 or 4 shots with a gausse rifle. :swear:

i killed caesar, easy, i "slipped" with my scalpel and he bit the dust. then i talked my way out of fighting.

but killing the entire camp will prove to be... difficult. have you tried using venom or something? im sure it wont be a big difference but itll help.

The way I wiped out Caesar, the two named commanders, and his praetorians was I used a Stealth Boy and strapped C4 to just about everyone, ducked in a corner, covered my ears, click click :nuke:... unsuccessfully found any bodies to loot except for Caesar's leg leaning against his throne.
