How do I do to stuck arrows in a wooden bar for example without them falling down in havok mode in CK?

Double click on your item and check the box "Don't havok settle".
Note that it doesn't work for me, oddly, so I'm force to attach a "defaultDisableHavokOnLoad" script on the object.

The way we did this in Oblivion was to make a new STAIC in the editor and point to the model of an arrow.

Will this not work in Skyrim?

This would mean you could not grab it however. I made a script to allow players to grab them but then I guess you may as well do as http://www.gamesas.com/user/761696-lemsama/ suggests with a script.

can u tell me how to do that? thanks

Double click on the item. Then press the right arrow until you see the "scripts" tab, then click on it. Then click on "add new", type in "defaultDisableHavokOnLoad" in the search bar and then double click on it when it comes up. Finally, just click on OK until you are out of all the menu's. Now when you load the game, that item will be frozen in whatever position you placed it in, but it is still selectable by the player

Havok settle the item first then reposition it then select "don't Havok Settle". It works fine.

You can't "don't havok settle" a non havok settled item.
