How to teleport in New Vegas..

So I was trying to get my Euclid's C-Finder to work due to a bug and in the process, I found this bug. I made a video to show what is going on since it'd be harder trying to explain it.

It's not a bug. It's idiotism prevention. It just prevents idiots of killing their companions.

You can't kill them anyway, they just go unconcious.
