Is there a way to tell what they have equipped? When I go to trade items with Lydia, for example, I don't see anything marked like she's wearing it.

Also is there a way to get them to poison their weapons or drink potions? I keep giving them to her and she refuses to drink them.

They use healing potions. But no poison.

Even if you remove all the armor you gave to your follower, they still have the basic armor that they start with - I think the only way to remove that is to pickpocket them. And they don't always wear the stuff you give them, for various reasons that I'm not aware of lol.
