How is this build?

Roleplaying this character as a villainous scum, murderer, scoundrel, thief.

I dont plan on wearing armour, only clothing, so I need the enchanting perks. Speechcraft is for extra flavor though I could get rid of those for some lockpicking or pickpocketing, but who needs to pickpocket when you can loot a corpse? :P

Why not go beyond level 50, get Intimidate and some Lockpicking perks? If you're going full on "villanous," I think you should definitely increase your chances of people listening to your threats from a RP perspective.

I also don't get why you wouldn't pick up "Assassin's Blade" in the sneak tree.

I thought you could only get perks up to 50. re: Assassins lade, thought about it but main weapon will be bow, daggers for backup.

Nope. You can have up to 80 perks. The level cap is 81.

I'm not really a fan of the speech tree, all it really does is saves you gold, which is not at all difficult to come by in Skyrim.

Not sure why you didn't pick up Assassin's Blade....attacks from stealth are going to be your bread and butter.

Personally, I went into the speech tree with my current character for two things:

1. Merchant gets you access to items that are stupidly rare otherwise because of whateverness.
2. After I've become Guild Master of the Thieves' Guild, I want to go around and buy a stake in all of the businesses I can. In real life it'd be a way for the TG to sorta go legit and still make money, which is one reason why the mafia (which is pretty much what this Guild is in Skyrim) set up casinos and all that.

While it's true you can level to 81, it would require you to have 100 skill in every tree. You will be approximately level 50 by the time you have 100 skill in 7 talents, so that is still an appropriate level to shoot for.

I would recommend skipping out on the right half of the Archery tree, and maybe taking Smithing to improve your weapons to get the most out of your Sneak/Enchanting multipliers.
