I load both ESP, making the one you want the changes saved in the 'active' plugin.
I then rename all the object I want copied into the new mod. What that does is make a new record which gets saved with the active plugin.
Save and your done.

If you have tons of stuff, than you might want to use a different method.

You may have to unpack the BSA first then.

You can unpack the BSA but that involves some extra work. Especially if you put the resources in your own folder list since you would have to relink the textures in each NIF mesh.

Do I create new object or just rename?

I would create new objects. And yes, you would have to unpack the BSA first to use its resources.

I use the fallout 3 BSA Browser. It works for Skyrim too. There are many programs out there that will unpack BSA's and everyone has their favorite.

Ok got it to work, you guys forgot to mention to build new armor addons but I figured it out thanks anyways.
