how to trian alteration fast? : V

is there any way to train alteration fast to 50 because i want to paralyse people please tell me if you know something and what minimal level i need to require

Paralzye is an expert spell, so you need seventy-five not fifty.
As for training it quickly Detect Life in the middle of town might do it?
Or converting a buttload of ore with Transmute.

I constantly upgraded my Magica then while wearing the Morokei Dragon Priest mask and Archmage robes I was constantly holding objects above my head with Telekenisis which is Gained from a quest (Dunno how to hide spoilers so I wont say, you can find it on Google though) And when the Magicka had run out the object flew up into the air... By the time it came back into the grapple range my Magica would be full again so I could repeat the process again, be warned... Takes a while. :drag:

Op want to train it TO 50, so all the detect life and paralysis advice doesnt apply.

At low level alteration skill, best to just spam cheap flesh spells while in combat.

It's not a quest, you can purchase it from the mages college, Tolfdir I think? When you reach the expert skill level of Alteration.

Two alteration tomes you can find right after leaving the tutorial.
Transmute ore, not difficult to get even at low levels, tome in bandit camp north of Whiterun.
Detect life, a bit difficult for some builds especially at lower levels, always an option to set difficulty, fort with 3 people sitting off to side, east of Whiterun south of windhelm.

I don't know if it has been patched, but I have found that if you pick up an object with telekinesis and hold it in front of your face as long as you can, then your alteration skill will level very quickly.

Obtain a full set of armor that reduces the cost of Alteration spells, then stand in shallow water and cast the waterbreathing spell over and over. Holding something with telekinesis also works. Both at the same time works wonders.

It seems when you are near the magic wells in the mages college you have unlimited magika (at least that's what happened to me.) and I just picked up a sweet roll with telekenisis and rolled all the way up to 100, I know it seems cheap but it seems to also be the only alteration spell that DOES anything for exp. Weirdly enough I had a rediculous amount of mana, though not unlimited, and incredibly fast regen for about half a day after that and I went around incinerating everything and got my destruction skills up pretty high as well. then it just randomly stopped in the middle of a fight. Still won though...
