Hi!

I'd please like some help with probably a very simple and obvious matter. I have armor enchanted with "fortify heavy armor" but I don't know what is the use of it. For example: I'd like to pick a perk that demands skill at level 60. With the "fortify heavy armor", my skill is 60, and without it, it is 58. So the enchantment doesn't help me to pick it. Does anyone know what is the correct way of using the "fortify heavy armor" enchantment? What is the use of it?

It increases your armor rating. ~575 is the armor cap, so if it's pushing it higher than that, it doesn't do anything, really.

Increasing skills with enchants doesn't effect your ability to get perks.
