Once you go see Caesar and he has captured Benny and gives you the chip... how do I go against Mr. House in the bunker, you know to please Caesar and the Legion? I couldn't find any way to destroy the robots, only activate them for House.

Destroy the three reactors in the rooms of the generator hall to overload the bunker's reactor. This makes the sentry robots come after you so get ready to boogie after you're done.
