Lately there have been lots of previews, videos, and all sorts of things that kinda spoils FNV. Be it guns, locations, quests or characters.
How do you handle them? Do you care? What do you do to avoid them?

IMO I hate them, but I always happen to stumble upon one and it kinda pisses me off, any suggestions on how to stop this spoiler "addiction"?

No, I don't really mind. I figure most of the stuff I'm seeing now won't really spoil my experience of the game because only a small portion of what's in the game has been revealed.

If it is a major spoiler, I will get a bit angry, but then live with it. I don't mind minor spoilers though.

Major spoilers that could ruin the game piss me off but I can shrug off the little stuff or things that weren't really known yet but were highly speculated and could easily be guessed. :tops:

I think most people on these forums are on here because they are so excited they really want any information they can get. Thats why I'm here

Some stuff people speculate even without absolute proof pisses me off... What if it turns out it was what we thought at the beginning? D:

I don't care. Speaking for myself, at least... Hearing about it just cannot beat plathing though it for yourself. Thus, even if I hear the spoilery details of a certain quest (for example), I'll still usually be able to enjoy playing through it immensly! There has bene plenty enough games wher eI've heard of th emajor plot points, sometimes even the end itself, yet I've broguht the game(s) and still enjoyed it. So, no, spoilers are no problem to me.

I'm like a kid at Christmas - go looking for the goods and then feel a bit disappointed when there's nothing new on the big day It's my own fault, seeing as many articles and such are labeled with spoiler alerts (or it's just common sense - if you don't want to know, don't read). With games such as this however, I feel that there's going to be so much stuff in there that spoiling the experience just isn't possible - I've found out things about FO3 that I'd probably never would have done on my own. I'm getting better with the spoiler thing though - I got my DVD of the last series of Lost without having read a scrap of a review!

I like surprises, but I don't care too much. The only one that irked me a bit was learning about a certain character from the topic of a thread.

games like this dont really have spoilers. the story really means nothing in fallout or TES.

im not. these games arent about story, it means nothing. its all about exploration and freedom. at least for me anyway. i could care less about the main quest.

I don't really care. I'm not trying to find out the end of the main quest or anything (cuz that would svck before ever playing it), but little details about the beginning aren't anything to get fussy over.

Besides, reading something and experiencing something are two different things.

I love spoilers. The more, the better in my opinion.

I like spoilers as long it as not the/an ending.

I avoid most threads on this forum, and do not read any news, interviews or watch any videos about the game.

i've kept up on the interviews and footage pretty well, to me a spoiler has somthing to do with a quest or the plot and i avoid those like the [censored] plague. that being said they've done a really good job of letting out enough info to get me excited but haven't really spoiled anything.

I don't really go out of my way to avoid screenshots or things like that as I doubt Obsidian would reveal anything that would qualify as a major spoiler before the game is released, and I don't really mind knowing things like what some of the weapons are, how the game starts off, and such. The sort of thing that bothers me tends to be more things like the ending or any major twists that occurr during the plot. I definately don't want to hear these things, and yet often, they get spoiled for me anyway, the endings of both Oblivion and Fallout 3 were spoiled for me, and that really annoyed me, I guess if I want to not have New Vegas' ending spoiled as well, my only choice is to stay far away from the New Vegas forums after it's released (Which I doubt I can do.)

To be honest, I'm one of those odd ones, I feed on spoilers, they pump me up and etc.

I don't really mind, and if the game is good like we hope it won't matter becuase we will still enjoy it!
