How do you play in Skyrim? Time-spent and CO-OP added later

How do you play in Skyrim? What do you use your time mostly on when playing, are you living out your characters life to the fullest, picking herbs, catching fish and cooking?
Or are you a go-straight arrow, just blast thru everything quickly. Or something else, please explain? :)

I for one, right now. Feel a bit lonely in Skyrim, I am bit sad that there is no co-op setting, so I could at least share a very long lasting experience with 1 more as this game is so huge. So when I play these days, I end up feeling bit lonely in that huge world, wish I could like play with my girlfriend.

Is it possible to get co-op added later in a DLC?

Nope, it isn't possible to add co-op via DLC.

This game was coded -from the start- as single player. To add co-op or any kind of multiplayer support, they'd basically have to tear the code apart and start over, intergrating the multiplayer support in from scratch. Andthen the game would need to be rebalanced for having to human players.

Would take far too much time, money and effort. And since Bethesda have little to no experience with coding multiplayer stuff, tyhe results might turn out pretty poor.

There are player made mods in the works that add multiplayer, but they are using third party tools, workarounds, quick hacks and a lot of hopeful thoughts. They've also gone very quiet lately and if similar efforts for previous games are anything to go by, may never get beyond the pre-pre-pre alpha stage they are now.

Not liking this co-op rubbish, it's a terrible path for tes/fallout to go down IMO, I really hope they stay away from it.

My current character is a heavy armor, block, 1h, destruction warrior, charging into battle mostly.

I play single-player games to get away from other people for an hour or two. If I want to ease my loneliness I'll leave the house.
