How do you set up a supply route between settlements? : Fallout 4

I've got two settlements running. Five people in each. I've got the Local Leader Perk as well. Aint got a clue how to set up a supply route though.

On another note, anyone got some locations for the Picket Fence magazine. I've only found two so far.

I'm also interested in how to setup supply lines, although I bet its unlicked via the main story.

Go to workshop mode and walk up to a settler and there should be a button prompt..
