how do you think critics will review this game : Fallout: New Vegas

well how do you think this game will go over with critics. what do you think they will like about it, what do you think there complaints will be

what i hope it scores- 10/10

what i think it will score- 9/10

lowest i think it will score 8.5/10

things i think they will like. more guns, better writing, companion wheel, more sidequests

the one thing they might complain about- graphics havent really improved

I am hoping they will give it the best possible review :fallout: . I don't think that's going to happen given that anyone can be a critic these days. So many people will be confused as to why Fawkes is not in the game and they can't go into space :bonk: I base that on the overwhelming number of bad interviewers I have seen so far.

I don't care what the reviewers say or will say. I judge games for myself.

And, as it turns out, renting games is a really good idea sometimes.

RedViv, I asked my Magic 8 Ball if it thought that FO:NV will get a good review. It said "Don't count on it." Nooooo!

never liked major reviewers, they will probably put it next to Fallout 3, and judge it...not that i care about their opinion.

There will be pretty favourable reviews, but I don't think I can put a score on them.
They'll like - More weapons, better writing/comedy, better combat w/ iron sights, Vegas, weapons mods, the same Fallout feel, etc.
They'll dislike - The same look and animations, stiff characters.

They will lather on all sorts of praise, just like they do with any other installment in a popular franchise.

And that is why I don't pay any attention to commercial game reviews for the most part.

I am kinda curious as to what Yahtzee will have to say. He's not like most. He nitpicks even the best of games.

It'll likely get good reviews, though it'll also likely get bashed because of the too big sameyness to fallout 3, bugs/glitches and dated graphics. I'll hope for the best.

i am going to buy this at the mid night release most likely. so wont be checking the rating until after i have already rated it myself. but i think it will be reviewed well

unless the guy who reviews it is like. " omg the graphics didnt get betta 4/10"

Its more of the post apocalyptic role playing that we love so I really don't it could get a bad rating

But as for me I'll judge it myself although I'm very sure I will love this game as much if not more then Fallout 3 which I loved very, very much. :fallout:

Someone will complain it should have been a expansion pack. That a guarantee. I think it won't get a ten because critics lately only care about multiplayer and graphics, neither one Fallout: New Vegas excels at. But i would give it a ten (9.9 if they try another MZ)

i hope they give it a 10 out of 10....... and i also hope Obsidian entertainment will make EXPANSION PACKS not dlcs...... also i do hope for another fallout game...... not counting fallout online....

Those are probably the same people that give MW2 a 10/10 even though it's practically the same as the first MW. The big difference is that MW2 probably had a lot more advertising and marketing.

From what I remember he gave Fallout 3 a fairly decent review.

As long as you enjoyed and it you liked it, that's good enough isn't it? It is a shame for the people that feed off the reviewers, I mean, listen to a community for a review, not a single person.

I prefer to get games based on word of mouth. It's not the most reliable thing, but at least you can talk to people about it.

yeah i know im god of shooters. its fun for online and all but. fallout > cod

I don't care what any reviewer says, and I doubt the reviews will be low enough that Bethesda will never let Obsidian touch another Fallout game again, so yeah.
Pretty much it doesn't matter. I will have fun reading ones that have no grasp on anything about the series.

The critics and people who only play shooters will probably bash it to hell because of graphics. Not that I care, their argument is completely worthless if all they care about is graphics.
