i have got some spells from whiterun not such a good spells but the are funny.
but where can you by great ones?
and how do you train them really good just keep using them?
because i want the spell that you can call dragon kings thats really awsom.

Higher level spellbooks turn up for sale as you get to higher levels in the skill.

Not sure what you mean by "the spell that you call dragon kings". There's a Shout that summons a dragon, you get it by following the main quest.

"Wall of Storms" is an 'expert' spell; you'll need to get your Destruction Skill to 75, then you should be able to find it for sale.
