How do you use the setlocationcleared console command?

Came across this command line a while ago, but never understood how to use it.

My issue is in Geirmund's Hall, so I'll use that as my example. I went in during the Forbidden Legend quest and killed all the occupants as well as Sigdis (the boss). The location did not register as "cleared" on my in-game map, nor did it add to my "dungeons cleared" stat in my journal. Hmm. UESP says it is clearable, and I have cleared it in the past (when Sigdis was there), so I figure it must be a glitch. I went back over 100 days later, and the dungeon had not respawned - Sigdis' corpse was still there and everything. Okay, I turned to the console...

I tried the command "setlocationcleared" followed by the console location code "geirmundshall01", the cell form ID "a5a71", and also "gerimundshalllocation", but all these attempts resulted in the same message, "Invalid location for parameter location".

So what am I supposed to follow the command with?

Thanks.
