I search the body and take two things: A human heart and a human flesh.
I just want to know what's the usage of this two and how can I collect more?

Both are useful in alchemy, but as for finding them, you're generally only going to get them in rather shady places. They're a bit like black soul gems in that way, nobody who means people well will have them in their possession.

Everything used in the ritual the kid was doing can be used to make damage health potions, I don't know the other effects, but http://www.uesp.net might help you out there.

For the rarity of Human Flesh it doesn't seem to be an important ingredient in any one potion. Of course there could be recipes I don't know about; so when this thread gets moved to spoilers in a short amount of time, maybe someone will post something more informative.

It's funny if u find human flesh laying around and eat it your health takes a hit but if u go all cannibal you get crazy bonuses.

Since most items in the game respawn after some time, it might be helpful to note down places where you find a rare ingredient such as this.
If you return after the cell has reset the item will have respawned.
