I was walking around in northern skyrim and I saw this random hunter so I was like oh hey a hunter sup pal

and she turned into a werewolf... Was this added with dawnguard? Werewolf encounters?!?!?

It's pretty cool I think she said "I will taste your flesh" or something like that and when I turned into a werewolf I howled and she ran like s btich.
