Ugh I hate to have two topics open at once but I just had an idea I thought was pretty good. I know it bothers some people (myself included) when the same 2 songs keep playing over and over again on both stations. So I thought: What if there was a system in your pip-boy radio menu where you could send in a request to the New Vegas Radio station to change the current song to one of your choice? For instance, Johnny Guitar comes on but you'd rather hear something else so you bring up the menu and request a different song. Mr.New Vegas comes on saying something along the lines of: "Looks like we've got a special request, just for you because I love you, here's: [Insert song here]"

TBH its not needed. Just fix the radio stations issues in the next patch and all will be well.

Personally I think the NV radio stations are very weak and only listened to them at the start of the game, not gone back since. I hear all I need to when I'm in buildings with the radios on.

This will only be of interest to those on the PC, but check out the mods forum for expanded radio station playlists. There's one mod that adds all the songs that the quest titles are based on, it's awesome.
