I did not draw this. Found it online.

The idea is of a gauntlet/two hand weapon that functions like the one Megaman uses. It would be an enchanted weapon(using soul gems) to fire either a Fireball or Ice Storm similar to the Destruction Spell, but with a bit more damage and speed. There could be one that is enchanted with fire and another one that is enchanted with ice. You would hold the attack button to charge it and let it go to discharge it.

My story or idea is this: Before the Dragon Wars, Alduin had forged an alliance with some powerful Archmages. Alduin, with the aid of the Archmages(unnamed) conjured/created 2 unique and powerful Elemental Dragons; 1 was a dragon made entirely of fire(similar to the Flame Atronachs) and the other was a dragon made entirely of ice(again similar to a Frost Antronach). Alduin eventually betrayed the alliance using his influence over dragons, he asked them to kill the Archmages. During this war between Alduin and the Archmages, the Archmages forged and created 2 powerful enchanted gauntlets. The weapons were created to fight off the fire and ice dragons. The gauntlet of ice was intended to kill the fire dragon and the gauntlet of fire was intended to kill the ice dragon. The fight forced the last remaining Archmages to seal away both the gauntlets and the ice & fire dragons. They gave up their lifes to do this. Alduin since tried to figure out a way to release the two powerful elemental dragons, but failed and gave up over time.

Now come present time and someone found the seal. This Archmage, in his pursuit of power, accidentally broke or disenchanted the seal freeing the elemental dragons.

It would be up to the Dragon born to either reseal them or destroy them.

Abilities of the dragons:

Fire Dragon: Has a similar ability to Alduin, it can call a firestorm(not meteor shower), but instead make it rain fireballs from its wings. With the flap of its fiery wings it can turn its surroundings a blaze. Its unique attack is Solar Flare. It will begin to shine brighter and brighter burning and incinerating anything within a given radius. The dragon will shoot Fire Balls much bigger than the Destruction Spell. If the Dragon lands to attack it will perform a much more powerful Fire Storm Attack. Its Solar Flare attack can only be performed while it is airborne and it cannot move while performing it. Due to the brilliance of the attack the player would momentarily go blind for a couple of seconds and the screen would turn white and fade away.

Ice Dragon: Again, has a similar ability to Alduin. It can change the climate and shoot ice spikes from its wings. By flapping its wings and flying around it can freeze its surroundings and cause a snow storm to appear. Its unique attack is Absolute Zero. With this, anything that gets close to it or to a given radius will freeze(think Ice Form) momentarily. It will shoot Ice Storm attacks normally, much powerful than its Destruction Spell version. If it lands to attack it will perform a more powerful version of the Blizzard spell.

Both dragons will be able to perform all Destructions Spells of their element.

Abilities of the Gauntlets:

Fire Gauntlet(you can call it whatever fancy name you want lol): You hold the attack button for 2 seconds to shoot an Fire Ball. If you just press it once it shoots a regular Firebolt. Holding it for 5 plus seconds charges it to a point that once discharged, drains the entire soul gem. It will shoot a massive "Infernal Blast". This would be much more powerful than the Incinerate attack. Damage wise it would deal somewhere around 200 plus damage. When it is fully charged it will emit holographic enchantment symbols(look at the art above) and will glow red hot. Your peripheral view will be distorted as the temperature of the gauntlet gets hotter and hotter. It has an AoD when it hits something and will burn anything to a crisp that gets caught in the attack.

Ice Gauntlet(I do not have a unique name to these as I am not too familiar with the gods of Tamriel to give it a good name): Again, very similar to the Fire Gauntlet. Press the attack button once and it shoots an ice spear. Hold it down for 2 plus seconds and it shoots an Ice Storm. Hold it for 5 plus seconds to perform "Sheer Frost" attack and it will emit holographic enchanted symbols and a mist will come out of the nozzle. The attack would look similar to the Ice Storm attack but more massive. Your peripheral view will be clouded with the ice mist and any target caught within the AoD will be frozen(ice form) and take severe stamina damage.

Important: You would need soul gem charge up to 3/4 full to perform the final attack.

To top it off, similar to the art above, the gauntlets come with their own unique armor set. Due to the nature of the gauntlets when fully charged, they would kill their user if the user is not properly shielded. The fire gauntlet has an enchanted fire armor set used to make the user immune to fire attacks. The ice gauntlet has an enchanted armor set used to make the user immune to ice attacks.

Optional: A lightning dragon and gauntlet

What is that Mega-Man? No-no-no, besides. If it didn't look too much like Mega-man, it would look like something from Dragon Quest. Sorry but I don't think armor of that design would fit well in TES universe.

If people so radically reacted to the differences between skyrim, and other TES games... nuff said.
