Lets for instance say i was playing skyrim whilst on xbox live. i start playing and some pont through my journey i come across a random encounter ( eg maiq the liar ) but instead the person is called 'insert gamertag/file name here' and is a replica of my friends toon. The game could occasionaly download the toon of one of your currently online friends and you could encounter this toon AS AN NPC in random encounter style. could possibly say things like 'hmmmm dont i know you?' etc etc.

May also be a thought that in the encounter you could loot for their items (not sure if you are low levels, maybe the game could only download same or near level toons).

Just to clarify i am not suggesting multiplayer in anyway, just a nice feature and a way to stick it to your friends after all there moaning about the fact that they are better than you :L

So guys what do you think? would you want this???

No. Any kind of multiplayer will kill the game and also it's unneeded.

Thats what i thought, but it could only work for friends with a near level to yours, and could be a very rare occurence.

Always make me when someone calls their char a toon

Don't even mention online and TES in the same sentence people are here are against anything online to say the least.

Dont get me wrong i am strongly against online in the TES series, merely pondering on a way you could make it more fun to compare your game with your friends, without ruining the single player experience.
