Ideas for fallout add ons or Fallout 4

We need more Fallout NV add on packs things like Oblivion such as more Weapons, Weapon mods, Schematics, Armor, Recipes, and Houses so I am going to write a list of things they should put in the Game if not suggest for Fallout 4:

On the Service Rifle they need a fully Auto Mod or reintroduce the Assault Rifle from Fallout 3 because i hate not having a 5.56 rifle without fully auto it svcks,
They also need the Railway Gun back i really miss pinning severed enemy limbs against walls that was kind of a disappointment in the new game ,
Another one is that they need more custom characters there's hardly anything to do to your character,
Also they need like a armor customizer where you can upgrade your armor on How light, Dmg. Reduction, and put multiple designs for each type of armor to choose from while customizing and also be able to put designs on the armor,
Schematics are a major they need to introduce in a new way like being able to create armor, weapons, and better ammo
Houses aren't that big of a deal but more customizable if able that would be nice where your able to kind of build room for room like have an armory and medical unit in your house,
and all in all more life like gameplay with kick ass graphics,

But thats all i have to say if you also have ideas submit them

Fallout NV running Bioshock 2 graphics/stability would have made me a happy fella tbh.

The Skyrim engine should serve to make FO4 absolutely amazing. I do hope they use their newfound ability to include giant-sized enemies to throw in things like warbots/vehicles/giant mutated monsters to spice up wasteland life a bit.

What I would primarily like them to focus on, however, is deepening faction interactions even further. The safehouses and ability to join many factions in NV were a great start, but it should be taken to the next level. Remarkably distinct and characterful towns and factions are a hallmark of Fallout. Players should ideally be able to throw their lot in with any group of significant size and have the fact that they are now a member of that organization actually mean something in terms of NPC and world interaction. For example, in an ideal NV players would have been able to join the Legion, NCR, the Kings, Followers, BoS, Powder Gangers (to name a few) or become a citizen of Novac, Freeside or the Strip, and have these decisions actually impact relations with other factions and NPC responses significantly.

It'll likely be a few games before we reach something that detailed, but the massive increase in voice acting in Skyrim (and the much-talked-about Radiant AI/story/whatever it is) is definitely a step towards this.
