2 ideas that I'm hoping goes into a future patch

I'm loving Skyrim so far, even with some of the flaws. There's two issues that I have with Skyrim right now and I'm hoping that both of them are addressed in a future patch. The flaws stuff I don't know if that can be fixed in a patch but these two items can be fixed in a patch if Beth chooses that route.

1. Make the Kill cams (All of them) optional in the option menu.

Here's my argument, Fallout 3 and New Vegas had the option in the menu to turn the cinematic kill cams off. I don't see why Skyrim can't do the same thing. Since we got two new ones for Bow and Arrow and Destruction magic, I feel that the option should be there for people to turn off the kill cams. Not everybody likes them, give them the option to turn it off.

2. Have a way to determine if someone is essential, Similar to how Oblivion did it.

Skyrim has essential NPC's, with the way Dragons and events are randomly scripted, we don't want important characters being randomly killed off. Some will call that a flaw in game design, espcially after New Vegas proved that you could do without essential characters if they are out of combat situations. Regardless of that, with Skyrim we need some way to determine if an NPC is essential besides beating him/her to death or using the UESP. That could cause issues such as Vigilant Tyrannus in Markarth. I had a situation where he went ape on me because I killed some of his fellow Stendarr members but never accepted his quest. I was able to get him into conversation and progress the quest but only after knocking him out a couple of times. I believe a marker is necessary before you enter conversation to see if that person is essential. Oblivion did it perfectly, the game had a crown icon, I don't see why Skyrim couldn't use a similar system.

All for number 1... no reason not to. But number 2 seems a bit 'psychic' to me. I don't want to know that the someone is "essential" the first time I run into them. If it were implemented, it should be a warning when you attack them, not before.
