Immediate patch to download or not xbox 360?

I got my GAME pre-order today and was wonder if theres an immediate patch on x box 360 or not? if not saves me hooking up live, thankyou

We've already released a title update. Grab it before playing

Probably their usually you know important fixing bugs and what not.
