I don't see it happening. Never really liked single-city DLCs like Mournhold back in TES III anyway.

First fix the screw ups thats been in the game since TES III but always put in the game but ignored and by that im talking about Vampires and Werewolfs. They deserve to be known and they deserved to be legit play styles for RP ppl and the people who just want something different from the daily life of a Skyrim player.
