I am experiencing a bug on the 'Taking of Winterhold' quest in the Imperial Questline. Everytime I go speak to Legate Rikke, I have no option to report for duty.
I looked it up on UESP, and it had a few fixes, but none of those worked. So Im hoping maybe you guys or gals know any way of getting past this?

Okay so here's the deal guys. You have an awesome game here that no one can play. I have spent a lot of time on this game, but I have had to repeat quest multiple times. I am currently attempting the "Reunification of Skyrim" questline after defeating Alduin and held the peace treaty. During the peace treaty I gave Ulfric Falkreath and Markath for Riften. I own all the houses in Skyrim except Hjerim. I went to aquire it and found I still had some of the civil war quest line to finish. So after finishing the "Blood On the Ice" (That's right it actually worked for me) I went off to meet General Tullius. The "Throat of the World" quest was my last hope to fix the "Battle for Fort Dunstaad" bug which actually worked. Tullius sends me off to Rikke who sends me to "The Battle for Fort Neugrad" which is not on any forums. The quest states "Map Updated" but no marker shows over the fort on the map. I had to look it up. When I arrive it was Fort Dunstaad all over again, No Legion.. no Stormcloaks... nothing doing. Reload... nothing doing. Tried everything... nothing doing. So I read on a forum if you sneak attack the Jarl of the intended goal of the quest line while they are sleeping it would complete the quest. The guy was on a different quest line than I was but it was still the civil war quest line. I figure what the hell and set my sights on The Jarl of Falkreath. What do you know quest complete. Report to general Tullius and again he sends me to Rikke who is found babbling about Ulfric and Tullius but offers no option to report for duty. Reload... backtrack four or five reloads... fast travel somewhere else first... do some other quests first... wait in game a few days... sleep in game a few days... clear out the cache... delete all saved files except the last few (Including multiple corrupt files from previous instances. Nothing is working. Can't finish the game with out this guest. So now what. I called you guys today and I was told to check out these forums and here I am currently trying to wait in game for 30 days as instructed. You guys have an amazing product here that you really should have fine tuned before releasing. Trust me we would have waited. If you release a special edition that fixes all of these bugs it should be sent to all those who have already bought it. Please help, need patch for Legatte Rikke that works. Really do not see why I have to start the game all over guess I will be a Stormcloak huh.
