While browsing around the Steam Workshop, I happened across http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=74379157&searchtext=, which is a blatant redistribution of assets from another game, which has historically been prohibited. His mods were taken down from the Workshop for awhile after being reported. Thing is, they returned, and he has an email posted supposedly from Bethesda tech support http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/594720357799696449/DA8E2B1ED3AFD0E7F7554E57CD453D0A2E2551A2/ for this kind of behavior.
There has never been a post to the community at large about this kind of practice, and as far as I'm aware, it's still not legal. So, why did Bethesda send this (assuming the email itself is real)? And why is Steam allowing files like this to go back up?
