What features should I manipulate to achieve a better sunset sky ?

Weathers and Climates. Both are under WorldData. For the sun you'll probably want to replace the Sun Glare texture in the Climate. In the Weathers you can change the colour of different parts of the skies, as well as change sky textures and adjust clouds and the like, as well as all kinds of lighting adjustments. And more. Prepare being overwhelmed with the amount of things you can (and need) to change.
