After reaching level 12 ive noticed that my heavy armor and block skills only fill up my leveling meter a very small fraction compared to One Handed or even smithing for that matter. Im a nord with the warrior stone and both those skills are amongst my highest, yet if i was only increasing those two skills it would take 10-12 increases to level up if not more. Ive been told this is not a bug, but what is it then?
