I just finshed my independent play through last night and was wondering one thing. What are these changes Yes Man is making to himself? Now being the paranoid person I am haha, i imediently thought he is going to change is own code so he can say No.

I assumed the same thing. I'm basically hoping he's a reasonable person and we can work together in a partnership. I kinda like the guy. Would be a shame to take him out, plus I'd have to kill my own army to do it, which would really put a damper on the future of an independent Vegas :/

Yes man will only do what you tell him to.

BUT that also goes for everyone else...so you have to basicly keep people away from him if you wish to succeed (or reprogram him a bit).

iirc, yes man is DLing a program from Mr. House (maybe crazy like his brother @ H & H Tool Company) which gives hes man assertiveness. Scary, when u consider that he controls hundreds of Protectrons Mark 2s.
