Found this just a minute ago and i'm not searching all over to see if this has been found cause i'm lazy LMAO anyway i found a inf experience loop that nets you 50 exp everytime all you need is the Sandman perk this allows you to kill pleabs in their sleep once you earn this perk find yourself a kid i used one in bittersprings but any kid will work wait for them to lay down then pickpocket them choose the murder option you'll do the sandman kill but the kid won't die you'll still get the EXP as if you had rinse and repeat till you max lvl have fun =D

Definitely not new. Was known in FO3 and carried on to NV.
