Infinite, Non-Combat Experience Glitch : Fallout: New Vegas

Requirements:

Barter skill of 35
Decent (non-aggressive) standing with the Legion

Find the Centurian (large plumed helm) in Cottonwood Cove named Aurelius of Phoenix. Inquire as to cashing in NCR tags and then choose the Barter skill dialogue option.
You can choose this option repeatedly, resulting in 39 experience each time. Mashing the option to choose this will result in ~300 XP every 10 seconds. Once you hit a "level up" you need to exit the conversation, level up and the re-enter the conversation. You can level all the way to 30 using this glitch.

AFAIK, you can walk straight to Cottonwood and kick this off from level one.

Or just take out the updates from the latest patch
