Weapons-

Throwing spears should be able to be picked up after thrown but should have damage done to there condition every throw. I hear there is a bug where A.I. can target them like their grenades and they blow up. I also think they should weigh more.

Heads need to be harder to hit in vats and a unarmored headshot or armor piercing shot damage should be increased to where it causes near fatal or fatal injury to the head. In other words it should cause a lot of damage. Lethal does not mean an instant kill sorry for the miss understanding.

Repair kits need to be a little more common in places like the gun runners. Honestly I think they are the doctors bag of weaponry.

More of a repair thing then weapon but (without spoiling anything) the mexican follower's ability to repair is only at his shop but id like to buy him a kit for field repairs but have it to where it is not 100 anymore. Also when at safe houses and the 38 he should be able to repair stuff.

MONEY-
Well for starters in hardcoe mode it should have weight about a fraction of a gram I think it is.
NCR, legion, and caps should all go under where it shows how much money you have. Ncr and legion money shouldn't be treated like the pre war money is that's ridiculous.
While in NCR, Legion, or a non governed area the currency should be based on exactly that there allegiance. If there neutral they should accept all. I was a little dissappointed to see caps as the basic currency still.

Armor-
Well you almost got this perfect. On a minor look id like too see damage to be affected by where the armor is not just if you have it. Why are bare arms concidered armored right?

Ammunition-
Well I think the difficulty in making the round should be based on how early on and cheap the round is. The hardest rounds to get are the 45-75 govt ones so they should require a repair of 75 or 70.

I think at the gun runners you should be able to place an order on guns and ammunition they do make it after all.

Companions-

If you tell a companion to wait then tell them to part ways the wait command sticks and you could go for days then look back and ha e to trek back to novac or w/e the companions residence is. That's time money food and water to get back to them.

ED-E is so broken. He has invisible feet sets off mines. Sometimes his gun and attinea thingy stretch down to his feet. He has been known to disappear but some how still be alive. And what ever other mess there is that he has. Look on the wink bugs page for detailed info.

When he gets a weapon upgrade it should be switched to plasma weapon. Or you should atleast get the choice. Honestly since he is robotic I think you should be able to swap out diffrent parts on him to increase speed stealth armor weapons and what have you but that's a diffrent thread.

Arcade needs a revamp he is by far the worst companion. He doesn't have many weapons he is actually good at. You end up using his companion perk on him most the time.

For bugs please visit the vault or as it is know the fallout wiki. Then click new vegas scroll down click bugs they have several pages likinking together several people continue to update them.

Added some stuff at the bottom. I forgot to mention when selecting spears they make drag grenade sounds but they should make the sound it makes when u equip binoculars.

Heads need to be harder to hit in vats and a unarmored headshot or armor piercing round shot to the head should be lethal. Small change but most people mod to fix that. But most of us are console users.

Thats not a small change in the slightest and isnt one that would do any good.

I hate to be a spoil sport but PC players are the majority (and I play on PS3). I agree, except for the instakill, that these should be in the game but I think Obsidian should focus on bugs for the time being. I can't remove Motor Runner's helmet from my inventory, I have 3 companion weapons in my inventory, and the Van Graff's don't realize that I just stole their entire store.

They have more than they can handle with fixing bugs right now. You won't see gameplay changes anytime soon, if ever.

I'd hate to be a sensitive sally but I honestly think console players got really. . . whats the word. . . well basically screwed over. The reason behind this is that although we got some of the patches we still have a very large amount of problems with the game that is really not exceptable.
1. I've run into 5 quests that are incompletable due to the NPCs disappearing, obvious scripting not activating and haveing the wrong out-come for the quest happen (like the Mccarran monorail incident)

2. The game was basically made for PC players because all the problems that console users have, have been easily fixed and polished by basic pc modders.

3. The xbox is getting DLC before everyone else but at what price? I've already had 1 xbox die because of the constant freezing and glitches in the unpatched version of NV. My warranty with Best Buy covered it but next time it'll cost me more then the gas money it took to the store.

4. It seems like the game was rushed and wasn't made the way they wanted it. I would have honestly paid $80 for the standard edition if we had to wait another 4-5 months for a Non-buggy version that didn't end after the last quest, had more armor options, and gave console users a very, very basic armor and weapon editing tool that we could use for a price.

5. The editing tool I was talking about would be basically like the Forza car editor except for armor and weapons. Perhaps give us several screens for all the stocks in the game all the barrels types of ammo mod attachments and let us make our own guns from the editor, except the better the weapon the more it will cost to "Synthesis"

Moving flagged objects by "grabbing" them should be a crime in my opinion.

My bad that people took it for an instant kill I didn't explain well enough ill change that. And it is minor because its just tweaking settings.

Anyway while I was playing today I notticed if you equip a spear then a gun the spear stays equipped. Not sure its a bug.

I didn't know that wasn't a crime. Yes and in future games they should comment on it.
I know it's a lot to read, but I actually mention motor runners helmet because I had the same problem. These are not only small tweaks but bug fixes. I just wanted to help support bethesda and obsidian in fixing the game. They did a great job they don't deserve all of the things people are saying. As for the console ps3 and pc thing I'm not getting involved in an argument.

-Laser Commander should be energy commander, same with plasma spaz. They should all boost energy weapons.
-Pyromaniac should be moved from explosives to energy weapons.

Well flame weapons are listed under energy weapons now, yet pyromaniac which is a perk that boosts flamer weapons requires 60 points in explosives, makes no sense.

Well if you look at it that they added a incenary grenade.then it makes some sense. It really depends on the person. Two you and me it means energy.

You are lucky that I have the patience to day to say just how wrong that is. The last update as said by bethesda had over 200 bug fixes. Unfortunately there were hundreds more not fixed your reported. If you would've actually read the topic you would of known that. This is not only suggestions ( though minor have been proven to be liked by the majority by mods), I am also reporting bugs I find.

That said during fly me away in the very bottom after you finish the part where you clear out the "demons" there is a room with the door labeled radioactive inside there are several containers. 1 container is on its side tilted to where is the wrench is an other things sitting on top of it are glitched. Easily fixed remove the cigarette out from under it.

NW of the burned down house at matthews animal hansbandry farm there are some trees. The trees are glitches above the elevation.

PM me if you want to know how to get your box fixed for free...by Microsoft.

In the basemant? Those are hidden landmines, they look like grey bumps on the ground.

Some people are really being hit by bugs and glitches. Obsidian is not going to make any changes to the game until the have patched most of the bugs and glitches. I don't think they would change any of the mechanics anyway, not even with a DLC.

Sorry, I laughed my butt off at the say you said that.

But it's true, theft mechanics are all bugged to hell and back, not counting the fact taking items from alliable factions that you chose not to ally with (IE legion if you went NCR, powder gangers if you went for Goodsprings) still loses you karma (that's arguably an engine issue not a bug) it's still glitchy as all getout.

Great post man. Yeah but weird something is wrong with that room I swear it. The game wasn't rushed but its easy to see something wrong with millions of eyes on something. Us console users get the boot because all these pc users on the fourm vote no for any xbxox heck or anything to improve our situation. They enjoy their monopoly.

Have hope and maybe as I type this the obbsidian teams reading this thread.

I do not know if it has something to do with Rapid Reload, but lever action weapons have a HUGE problem of pausing for like 5 seconds after reloading. Plus, when you use Quick Draw with one hand weapons, for some reason when you holster them 90% of the time they holster to your back in a position as if they were on your waist. They need to fix these because these are game breaking.

I have notticed that too. Happens with most guns.

In hardcoe everything should have weight and you should be able to drop quest items please.

Things in your inventory need to have sub catagorys to better sort items in the pop boy. Cards glitch is anoying they don't go back in the deck when you buy them.
