I want NV for the pc. I have fallout 3 and it runs 60fps with settings nearly maxed. I also play on the pc with a 360 gamepad. Works like a charm. Thing is, i had to change some ini filez and some other things to get it running smooth and with a gamepad. My question is this, is NV just as easy to modify(ini files) as fallout 3? since its a steam game im worried i wont be able to mess with settings like i did before. Thanks
